1. Introduction
These Terms of Booking govern the reservation and use of all spaces at The Buty House, operated by the Preeti Buty Foundation, Fortune Mall, Munje Chowk, Sitabuldi, Nagpur – 440 012. By making a booking, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment and written confirmation from The Buty House team.
- Enquiries submitted through the website or WhatsApp do not constitute a confirmed booking.
- The Buty House reserves the right to decline any booking request at its discretion.
3. Payment Terms
- An advance payment (as communicated at the time of booking) is required to secure your reservation.
- The balance is due as agreed at the time of confirmation.
- All payments are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices are subject to applicable taxes as per prevailing government regulations.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- More than 14 days before the event: 50% of advance payment is refundable.
- 7–14 days before the event: 25% of advance payment is refundable.
- Less than 7 days before the event: No refund on advance payment.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance. A rescheduling fee may apply.
- The Buty House is not liable for losses arising from cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, government orders, etc.).
5. Venue Use & Conduct
- The booked space must be used only for the purpose declared at the time of booking.
- The client is responsible for the conduct of all guests and vendors on the premises.
- Any damage to the venue, equipment, or property caused by the client or their guests will be charged to the client.
- Illegal activities, excessive noise, or any conduct that disturbs other occupants of Fortune Mall is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is not permitted inside any space at The Buty House.
6. Catering & External Vendors
- External catering and vendor arrangements must be pre-approved by The Buty House management.
- The venue management may have empanelled catering and AV partners whose use is recommended for seamless operations.
7. Liability
The Buty House and the Preeti Buty Foundation shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property occurring on the premises, except where caused by proven negligence of The Buty House staff. Clients are encouraged to obtain their own event insurance for large gatherings.
8. Amendments
The Buty House reserves the right to amend these Terms of Booking at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking confirmation will apply to your event.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising from a booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
